欢迎您使用《弹珠小精灵》（MarblePal，以下简称“本游戏”）！本《服务条款》（以下简称“本条款”）由成都叠趣互娱科技有限公司（以下简称“本公司”或“我们”）制定并发布。请您在下载、安装、注册或使用本游戏前，仔细阅读并充分理解本条款的全部内容，特别是涉及责任限制和争议解决的条款。
Welcome to MarblePal (the “Game”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are issued by Chengdu Diequ Interactive Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “we”). Please read and fully understand the entire Terms before downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Game, especially the clauses relating to limitation of liability and dispute resolution.
如您未满18周岁，或未满您所在司法辖区规定的成年年龄，您应在法定监护人陪同下阅读本条款，并在取得监护人同意后使用本游戏及相关服务。
If you are under the age of 18, or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should read the Terms with a legal guardian and obtain the guardian's consent before using the Game and related services.
一旦您下载、安装、注册、登录或以任何方式使用本游戏，即视为您已阅读并同意受本条款全部内容的约束。如您不同意本条款的任何内容，请立即停止使用本游戏并卸载相关客户端。
By downloading, installing, registering, logging into, or otherwise using the Game in any way, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by all the terms. If you do not agree to any term, please stop using the Game immediately and uninstall the client.
第1条 协议范围
1.1 本服务条款适用于本公司向您提供的与本游戏相关的全部服务，包括但不限于游戏客户端、游戏内容、账号系统、客服及更新维护服务。
1.1 These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by the Company to you in connection with the Game, including but not limited to the game client, game content, account system, customer support, and update/maintenance services.
1.2 本公司可能根据业务需要不时修改本条款。重大变更将通过游戏内公告、弹窗或推送通知等方式告知您。变更后的条款自公告载明的生效日期起生效。
1.2 The Company may amend these Terms from time to time as business requires. Material changes will be notified to you via in-game notice, pop-up, or push notification. The amended terms take effect on the effective date stated in the notice.
1.3 如您在本条款变更后继续使用本游戏，即视为您接受变更后的条款。
1.3 Your continued use of the Game after any change constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
第2条 账号注册与使用
2.1 您可通过本公司支持的第三方平台账号（如适用）或本公司提供的注册方式创建游戏账号（以下简称“账号”）。
2.1 You may create a game account (the “Account”) through a third-party platform account supported by the Company (where applicable) or by the registration method provided by the Company.
2.2 您同意提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息，并及时更新，以确保信息持续有效。您应对账号下的一切活动承担责任。
2.2 You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and to update it promptly to keep it current. You are responsible for all activities under your Account.
2.3 账号的所有权归本公司所有，您仅依据本条款获得账号及游戏服务的使用权。账号不得转让、出借、出租、售卖或与他人共享。
2.3 Ownership of the Account belongs to the Company. You only obtain a right to use the Account and the Game services under these terms. The Account may not be transferred, lent, rented, sold, or shared with others.
2.4 您应妥善保管账号及密码（或等效凭证），并对任何因您保管不善导致的损失自行承担责任。如发现账号被盗用或存在安全风险，应立即通知本公司。
2.4 You shall keep your Account and password (or equivalent credentials) secure and bear responsibility for any loss caused by your failure to do so. If you discover unauthorized use or a security risk, you shall promptly notify the Company.
第3条 游戏虚拟物品与付费服务
3.1 本游戏可能提供付费虚拟货币、虚拟道具及其他增值服务（合称“付费服务”）。所有付费服务一经购买，除法律法规另有规定或本公司另行承诺外，均不支持退款。
3.1 The Game may offer paid virtual currency, virtual items, and other value-added services (collectively, “Paid Services”). Except as otherwise required by law or as separately promised by the Company, all Paid Services are non-refundable once purchased.
3.2 游戏内虚拟物品仅限在本游戏内按照本公司规则使用，不构成对任何法定货币或现实财产的所有权、请求权或兑换权。
3.2 Virtual items are for use within the Game in accordance with the Company's rules and do not constitute ownership of, or a claim or right to exchange for, any legal currency or real-world property.
3.3 价格以您下单时游戏内展示的价格为准。本公司有权根据运营需要调整部分付费服务价格，调整前已购买的项目不受影响。
3.3 Prices are as displayed in the Game at the time you place the order. The Company may adjust prices of certain Paid Services in the course of operation; items already purchased before the adjustment are not affected.
第4条 用户行为规范
4.1 您在使用本游戏时，应遵守中华人民共和国法律法规及您所在司法辖区的适用法律，不得利用本游戏从事任何违法违规或损害他人权益的行为。
4.1 When using the Game, you shall comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China and the laws of your jurisdiction, and shall not use the Game for any illegal, non-compliant, or rights-infringing activity.
4.2 未经本公司书面许可，您不得：复制、修改、反向工程、反编译、反汇编本游戏；利用外挂、作弊程序、自动化脚本或任何不正当手段影响游戏公平；冒充本公司或他人；或发布任何违法、骚扰、诽谤、色情、暴力或侵犯知识产权的内容。
4.2 Without the Company's prior written permission, you may not: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game; use cheats, hacks, automation scripts, or any improper means that affect game fairness; impersonate the Company or others; or post any illegal, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, violent, or IP-infringing content.
4.3 本公司有权对违反本条规定的行为采取警告、限制功能、封禁账号、删除相关内容等措施，并保留依法追究责任的权利。
4.3 The Company may, for violations of this Article, take measures such as warning, restricting functions, banning the Account, or removing related content, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability in accordance with law.
第5条 知识产权
5.1 本游戏及其相关的一切内容（包括但不限于软件代码、美术、音乐、音效、剧情、角色、名称、商标、标识及衍生作品）的知识产权归本公司或合法权利人所有。
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the Game and its related content (including but not limited to software code, artwork, music, sound effects, storyline, characters, names, trademarks, logos, and derivative works) are owned by the Company or the lawful rights holders.
5.2 除依据本条款获得的使用权外，您不得以任何方式未经授权使用上述知识产权。
5.2 Except for the right to use granted under these terms, you may not use the foregoing intellectual property in any unauthorized manner.
第6条 免责声明与责任限制
6.1 本游戏按“现状”提供。在法律法规允许的最大范围内，本公司不对本游戏的适用性、不间断性、及时性、安全性或无错误性作出任何明示或默示的保证。
6.1 The Game is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Game's suitability, uninterrupted availability, timeliness, security, or error-free operation.
6.2 因不可抗力、网络故障、通信运营商原因、第三方服务中断或您自身原因导致的损失，本公司不承担责任。
6.2 The Company shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, telecommunications carrier issues, third-party service interruptions, or causes attributable to you.
6.3 在法律允许的范围内，本公司对您因使用本游戏所产生或与之相关的间接损失、附带损失、特殊损失或后果性损失不承担责任。
6.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.
第7条 服务变更与终止
7.1 本公司有权根据运营需要对本游戏进行更新、调整、暂停或终止部分或全部服务，并将通过合理方式提前通知您。
7.1 The Company may, based on operational needs, update, adjust, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Game services, and will notify you in a reasonable manner in advance.
7.2 您可随时停止使用本游戏并卸载客户端。本公司亦可依据本条款对违规账号采取限制或终止措施。
7.2 You may stop using the Game and uninstall the client at any time. The Company may also, in accordance with these Terms, restrict or terminate an Account for violations.
第8条 争议解决
8.1 本条款的订立、效力、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区法律）。
8.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions).
8.2 因本条款或本游戏引起的任何争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向本公司住所地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
8.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Game shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the people's court with jurisdiction at the Company's domicile.
第9条 其他
9.1 如本条款的任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行，不影响其他条款的效力。
9.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
9.2 本条款未尽事宜，以本公司不时发布的相关公告、规则为准。
9.2 Matters not covered by these Terms shall be subject to relevant notices and rules issued by the Company from time to time.
9.3 如本条款的中英文版本存在歧义或冲突，以中文版本为准。
9.3 In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
