Welcome to MarblePal (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is issued by Chengdu Diequ Interactive Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “we”). Please read and fully understand the entire Policy before downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Game.
如您未满18周岁，或未满您所在司法辖区规定的成年年龄，您应在法定监护人陪同下阅读本政策，并在取得监护人同意后使用本游戏及相关服务。
If you are under the age of 18, or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should read the Policy with a legal guardian and obtain the guardian's consent before using the Game and related services.

The Company understands the importance of personal information to you and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you enjoy.
第1条 我们收集的信息
1.1 您提供的信息：您在注册、登录、使用客服或参与活动时主动提供的昵称、头像、联系方式（如您主动提供）等信息。
1.1 Information you provide: nickname, avatar, contact information (if you voluntarily provide it), and similar information you actively provide when registering, logging in, using customer support, or participating in events.
1.2 设备与日志信息：您使用本游戏时，我们可能自动收集设备型号、操作系统及版本、唯一设备标识符、网络信息、游戏日志、崩溃报告等信息。
1.2 Device and log information: when you use the Game, we may automatically collect device model, OS and version, unique device identifiers, network information, game logs, crash reports, and similar information.
1.3 交易信息：您购买付费服务时，由第三方支付渠道处理的订单及交易相关信息（本公司通常不存储您的完整支付凭证）。
1.3 Transaction information: when you purchase Paid Services, order and transaction-related information processed by third-party payment channels (the Company generally does not store your complete payment credentials).
1.4 我们不会收集您的敏感个人信息（如精确地理位置、通讯录、麦克风、相机等），除非为实现核心游戏功能所必需并征得您的单独同意。
1.4 We do not collect your sensitive personal information (such as precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, etc.) unless it is necessary for core game functions and we have obtained your separate consent.
第2条 信息的使用
我们仅将收集的信息用于以下目的：（1）提供、维护和改进本游戏及相关服务；（2）完成订单与交易处理；（3）保障账号、游戏环境与交易安全，防范作弊和欺诈；（4）与您沟通，包括发送服务通知、回复咨询；（5）依法依规进行数据分析与统计。
We use the collected information only for the following purposes: (1) to provide, maintain, and improve the Game and related services; (2) to complete orders and transaction processing; (3) to protect account, game environment, and transaction security and prevent cheating and fraud; (4) to communicate with you, including sending service notices and responding to inquiries; (5) data analysis and statistics as required by law.
处理的法律依据（Legal basis for processing）：在适用欧盟《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）或其他类似法律的地区，我们处理您的个人信息可能基于以下一项或多项依据：（1）为履行与您之间的服务合同所必需；（2）为遵守法定法律义务所必需；（3）为维护我们或第三方的合法利益所必需（如保障游戏与交易安全、防范作弊和欺诈）；（4）经您明确同意（例如我们对设备与日志信息的收集，您可随时撤回该同意，且撤回不影响撤回前已进行的处理）。
Legal basis for processing: In regions where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other similar laws apply, we may process your personal information based on one or more of the following grounds: (1) necessity for the performance of the service contract with you; (2) necessity for compliance with our legal obligations; (3) our or a third party's legitimate interests (e.g., ensuring game and transaction security, preventing cheating and fraud); and (4) your explicit consent (e.g., our collection of device and log information), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
第3条 信息的存储与保护
3.1 我们仅在为实现本政策所述目的所必需的最短时间内保留您的个人信息。具体而言：在您的账号存续期间，我们保留提供服务所需的账号信息与游戏数据；如您删除账号，除法律法规另有要求或您另行同意外，您的角色数据、游戏进度及个人信息将在删除后的合理期限内（通常不超过30天）被彻底清除。为履行法律义务（如税务、财务记录），部分交易记录可能按法定期限继续保留，但不再用于任何运营目的。
3.1 We retain your personal information only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy. Specifically: while your account remains active, we retain the account information and game data required to provide the Game; if you delete your account, your character data, game progress, and personal information will be permanently removed within a reasonable period after deletion (normally no more than 30 days), except where laws require otherwise or you have given separate consent. Certain transaction records may be retained for the period required by law to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and financial records), but will no longer be used for any operational purpose.
3.2 我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护您的个人信息安全，防止未经授权的访问、披露、篡改或丢失。但请您理解，互联网环境不存在绝对安全。
3.2 We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. However, please understand that no environment on the Internet is absolutely secure.
第4条 信息的共享、转让与公开披露
4.1 我们不会向第三方出售您的个人信息。仅在下列情形下，我们可能共享必要的信息：（1）为提供本游戏服务所必需的第三方服务商（如云服务商、支付渠道、客服平台）；（2）依据法律法规、监管要求或司法程序的要求；（3）为保护您或公众的人身财产安全所必需。
4.1 We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share necessary information only in the following circumstances: (1) with third-party service providers necessary to provide the Game services (such as cloud service providers, payment channels, and customer support platforms); (2) as required by laws, regulations, supervisory requirements, or judicial procedures; (3) where necessary to protect the personal or property safety of you or the public.
4.2 如发生合并、收购、资产转让等情形，我们将要求接收方继续履行本隐私政策的义务，或另行征得您的同意。
4.2 In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction, we will require the recipient to continue to perform the obligations of this Policy, or will otherwise obtain your consent.
第5条 您的权利
5.1 您有权依法查询、复制、更正、补充、删除您的个人信息，或撤回您已作出的同意（撤回不影响撤回前基于同意已进行的处理）。
5.1 You have the right, in accordance with law, to access, copy, correct, supplement, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw your consent (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out based on your consent before withdrawal).

第6条 账号删除
6.1 您可以随时通过以下任一方式删除您的游戏账号：
6.1 You may delete your game account at any time through any of the following methods:
（1）游戏内删除：进入「设置」→ 点击「删除账号」，按照提示确认后即可删除；
(1) In-game deletion: go to Settings → tap “Delete Account” and confirm as prompted;
（2）邮件申请：发送邮件至本政策第10条载明的联系邮箱，并在邮件中注明您的角色ID或可识别账号的信息。我们核实您的身份后将为您处理，并在合理期限内（通常不超过7个工作日）完成。
(2) Email request: send an email to the contact email set out in Article 10 of this Policy, indicating your character ID or other information identifying your account. We will verify your identity, process your request, and complete it within a reasonable period (normally no more than 7 business days).
6.2 账号删除后，您的角色数据、游戏进度、虚拟物品及相关个人信息将被永久删除且无法恢复。
6.2 After your account is deleted, your character data, game progress, virtual items, and related personal information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
6.3 为履行法律义务（如税务、财务记录），部分交易记录可能按法定期限继续保留，但不再用于任何运营目的。
6.3 Certain transaction records may be retained for the period required by law to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and financial records), but will no longer be used for any operational purpose.
第7条 第三方服务
为提供本游戏服务，我们可能接入并使用下列第三方服务，其各自会按照自身的隐私政策收集、处理您的相关信息。建议您在使用相关功能前阅读其隐私政策：
To provide the Game, we may integrate and use the following third-party services, each of which collects and processes your information in accordance with its own privacy policy. You are advised to read their privacy policies before using the relevant features:
7.1 Google Play Games 服务（Google）：用于账号登录与身份验证。我们仅在您授权的情况下获取您的 Google 账号昵称、头像及唯一用户标识，用于创建和管理您的游戏账号。
7.1 Google Play Games services (Google): used for account login and identity verification. We only obtain your Google account nickname, avatar, and unique user ID with your authorization, to create and manage your game account.
7.2 Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics（Google）：用于游戏数据统计分析与崩溃问题排查。我们仅在您同意后开启并收集设备型号、操作系统版本、崩溃日志等信息。
7.2 Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics (Google): used for game analytics and crash troubleshooting. We enable and collect device model, OS version, crash logs, and similar information only after your consent.
7.3 Google 同意管理平台（UMP）（Google）：在适用地区（如欧盟/英国）向您征求数据处理与个性化广告相关的同意。
7.3 Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) (Google): used to obtain your consent regarding data processing and personalized advertising in applicable regions (e.g., EU/UK).
7.4 第三方支付渠道：处理您的充值、订阅等订单与交易信息。我们通常不存储您的完整支付凭证。
7.4 Third-party payment channels: process your top-up, subscription, and other order and transaction information. We generally do not store your complete payment credentials.
7.5 除上述服务外，本游戏可能包含或链接至其他第三方服务。第三方服务受其自身隐私政策约束，本公司对其收集和使用信息的行为不承担直接责任。
7.5 In addition to the above, the Game may contain or link to other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies, and the Company is not directly responsible for their collection and use of information.
第8条 未成年人保护
8.1 我们重视未成年人个人信息的保护。若您为未成年人，请在监护人指导下阅读本政策并使用本游戏。
8.1 We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor, please read this Policy and use the Game under the guidance of a guardian.
8.2 我们不会在明知的情况下收集未满14周岁儿童的个人信息。如我们发现不慎收集了此类信息，将尽快删除。
8.2 We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we discover that such information has been inadvertently collected, we will delete it as soon as possible.

我们可能适时更新本隐私政策。如更新涉及重大变更，我们将通过游戏内公告或其他合理方式通知您，并在适用时重新征得您的同意。
We may update this Policy from time to time. If an update involves material changes, we will notify you via in-game notice or other reasonable means and, where applicable, obtain your renewed consent.

10.1 If you are located in the EU or the UK and believe that our processing of your personal information infringes your lawful rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
用户同意确认
本人已阅读、理解并同意《弹珠小精灵》（MarblePal）的《服务条款与隐私政策》全部内容，并同意本公司按照本文件约定收集、使用和保护我的个人信息。本人确认，如本人为未成年人，已获得法定监护人的同意。
I have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of MarblePal, and I agree that the Company may collect, use, and protect my personal information in accordance with this Document. I confirm that if I am a minor, I have obtained the consent of my legal guardian.
